TRAVEL CONCEPTS will in the normal course of quoting for the tour package provide details of a A Non Refundable Booking deposit per passenger (adjustable towards the final tour price) All names of travellers as per Passport, with a copy of the applicable passport (Valid for at least 6 months from the date of Travel). pages must be made on confirmation of the itinerary and prior to make any bookings. Payment terms in part will be spelled out for the convenience of the USER as per the dates available for commencement of the tour. Full payment must be received more than 45 days prior to departure. For bookings (less than 2 months prior to departure), the payment must be made as soon as the booking is confirmed.

These normal cancellation charges would apply only when the cancellation charges schedule has not been appended to the original quotation or to its extended mails. If specified the given slabs will apply.
Important
TRAVEL CONCEPTS is not responsible for any rejection of visa which might lead to refusal of entry to the country. Any change of date or routing after confirmation would not be possible under normal circumstances or would be subject to a penalty. Rates are subjected to change without prior notice depending on the date of travel & availability at the time of booking.

TRAVEL CONCEPTS sincerely demands that all USERS who are booked to travel on any tour out of their home country should procure comprehensive and healthy valid insurance coverage to cover all airport related mishaps, mishaps by acts of nature, medical emergency expenses and any untoward incidents that could be caused by accidents or errors of the vendors.
Your acceptance of the quotations and making payments for the tour signifies your agreement to the terms and conditions of the indemnity and to indemnify and hold harmless the company, its employees and agents for any personal injury, loss, disease, damage or expenses of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising, which you may sustain or incur by reason of any act or omission on the part or the company, its employees or agents. No variation or alteration hereto shall be of any force or effect unless consented to in writing by TRAVEL CONCEPTS and signed by you and TRAVEL CONCEPTS. Please check with your local consultant/ agent/ consulate/ embassy when booking the Tour about visa requirements and the time required to process them.
In addition to visa requirements all countries also require that visitors’ passports are valid for at least 6 months after the intended date of departure from their territory. Please ensure that you are in possession of the correct documentation before departure. Comprehensive travel insurance cover is recommended and in some countries it is mandatory. Please note that all activities are Subject to Availability and Weather
Conditions.
In case of no-show or unutilized bookings, User shall be required to make requests for any valid and applicable refunds, as per Vendors’ policies or within 15 days from the travel date (whichever is earlier). No refund would be payable for any requests made after the expiry of 30 days of travel date / check-in as aforementioned and all unclaimed amounts for such no-show or unutilized bookings shall accordingly be deemed to have been forfeited.
The refund shall be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of the cancellation request, after receiving back to back refund from the concerned Vendor. Payment will be refunded back into the same original payment instrument like the same credit card or bank account from which it was paid for the traveller. In case of Travel Agent (B2B Booking), refund or recharge or upload of any type is always credited in their agents TRAVEL CONCEPTS account balance. In case of agents account closure, the agent is supposed to consume its balance or clear their dues (if any). No money transfer will be done to travel agents bank account, in any circumstances.
In case User avails to book any of the Services offered by the Vendor and is, thereafter, not contactable on the contact details provided, then the tour/travel reservation selected by User will stand cancelled and TRAVEL CONCEPTS or the Vendor would not be liable for any charges/expenses incurred by User, either directly or indirectly in this regard
Any Refund Claims arising due to cancellation / delay of flight by the Vendor shall be subject to TRAVEL CONCEPTS receiving the refund from the Vendor. In the Event Vendor does not refund the amount to TRAVEL CONCEPTS, TRAVEL CONCEPTS shall not be held liable for the same
TRAVEL CONCEPTS shall charge a cancellation fees – varying from time to time and transaction to transaction and type of service. This fees will be over and above the Airlines Cancellation Fees. Similarly for other service like Bus Tickets etc, TRAVEL CONCEPTS will add it’s own cancellation fees over the Vendor’s cancellation Fees
Cancellation Policy is defined and governed by the Vendor and TRAVEL CONCEPTS will not be able to do any changes around it. Refund will only be processed once the USER informs TRAVEL CONCEPTS in writing as per the above mentioned limitation period. Partial Cancellation may or may not be allowed – This will depend on the Vendor’s Cancellation Policy
Re-scheduling of Services (For e.g. Date Change in Flights) will incur Fare Difference, Airlines Re-schedule/Penalty Charges and TRAVEL CONCEPTS may levy Re-schedule Charges, domestic and International Booking/Cancellation/Re-schedule will have different amount of fees for different services
